About Us
HVAC Maintenance is the flagship service of the Gulf Group since its inception in 1982 and is considered part of the Group’s foundations for its sustainable growth. we submit all HVAC services for all types of building whether residential or commercial with all types of A/C ( DX-central & Chilled water system).
The Integrated Maintenance Division is expanding its coverage to all areas in Kuwait, with an arsenal of services including maintenance, plumbing and firefighting. Recently joining to its growing list of services are telecommunication activities. The Division established service units in three areas in Kuwait to guarantee a quick response to troubleshooting calls with 300 technicians and 120 cars in the fleet.

Our maintenance solutions designed to create and implement the best asset management strategy from which the organization achieves the best results. As an integral part of your working team, we supply, manage the reliability of your machinery, and combine our in-depth experience and expertise in asset management and knowledge of rotating equipment. We aim to prolong the lifespan and reduce the total cost of owning (TCO) your assets.

The Division supports customers with annual maintenance contracts (AMC) in addition to the newly added services:
300 technicians ready to serve
120 equipped cars in the fleet to reach customers everywhere
Each dispatch consists of at least one technician, an assistant technician, and a driver.
